As a small business, each order is carefully prepared with care and attention. Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of my products, including resin cups and personalised gifts, i do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so i can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
